• Customers may request a return or exchange within 48 hours from the date of purchase. A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
  
• All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains—with all tags attached.
  
• Size exchanges are allowed as long as the requested size is available in stock.
  
• For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the courier has collected the returned package.
  
• Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed promptly, and you will receive a confirmation with the status of your request.
  
• Refund requests are managed via direct messages (DMs). Please include your order number and clearly state your request (refund or exchange) in your message.

IMPORTANT POLICY NOTES:

• Shipping fees required to process a return or exchange are the customer’s responsibility.
• Both returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to be completed.
• All refunds are processed via Instapay only.
• Sale items are returnable for size exchange only, subject to availability. Refund are not applicable on sale items.
• Bundle items are returnable during regular (non-sale) periods only.
• Customer service emails are answered between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
